Editorial Policy

Editions Temporis has three editorial priorities:

  • HISTORY:
    Biographies, historical novels, essays, memoirs, archives, original documents, including re-editions and translated works whose themes range from antiquity to contemporary history.
  • CURRENT EVENTS AND FORESIGHT:
    Books with geopolitical, economic and financial, political and social, scientific, cultural, sports or legal themes, conceived through testimonials and documents. They also allow for the exploration of daily life issues, through concrete examples and investigations.
  • CRIME NOVELS:
    Fictions based on fictionalized real events, structured around recurring characters set in French, European, or international "settings."

Author choices

Editions Temporis aims to be eclectic and open-minded: new authors or seasoned writers, academics and the research world, "Sunday historians" or biographers, journalists or bloggers, essayists or "adventurers", to actors involved in political, diplomatic, economic, social, cultural, and sports life...

The choice of the term "Temporis" echoes the founders' editorial desires: to go back in time, to capture the present time, and to anticipate the future.
